it was lovely....we loved everything. the room was nice and clean and the staff very polite. the food was very good, is near city centre and to Cork city Gaol. I recommend this guest house to every one.

Out stay at the Blarney Stone Guest House was very good! It was 10 minutes walk from the city centre and the owner was extremely helpful when we were making enquiries about getting to the airport etc. The room was immaculate and had every facility needed. Super breakfast with lots of choice. Would recommend it.

Extremely beautiful lodging. Our host was very gracious and informative. The best place we stayed at during our week in Ireland. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

Room was slightly small for 3 people, but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. Friendly staff.

We were warmly welcomed and very well looked after. Our room was immaculate, cleaned and refreshed every day which we appreciated. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

beautifully decorated and very ornate throughout, the room was a good size but packed with furniture. Very bright, lots of natural light, with a large bed. Too soft for us but some people like it that way. The bathroom was fine, standard. Our only gripe was coming back around midnight from the city to find the heating on at full blast, in the middle of the summer. But we were able to turn it off and it cooled down again after a while. The landlady was very pleasant and generous. We broke a jug by accident and offered to pay for it but she wouldn't accept any compensation, which was very generous of her. Breakfast was good for the most part, with a wide variety of food on offer, in a lovely dining room. It's also close to the city, about ten minutes walk from the centre. For the price we paid (81e for 1 night for a double, which we booked directly through their website, which was cheaper than any 3rd party offer), we were very happy and would definitely return as well as recommend it to others.

What a great place !!! The room was spotless and well decorated. We were greeted with a great Irish smile and hospitality. Very quiet at night for sleeping and a super breakfast awaited us in the a.m. Excellent location, premises and great value.

The room was perfect for me, wonderful breakfast menu, within walking distance of the town centre. The only downside was the traffic noise for the rooms face the road.

I really enjoyed my stay! The guesthouse felt welcoming, great location if you are visiting the UCC and the owner is very service-minded. I could definitely imagine staying there again.

The furnishings were beautiful and rooms very comfortable. Angela was gracious. The breakfast wa delicious with good presentation. It would be good to let guests know the timeframe for the hot breakfast as it was at a leisurely pace. Overall, I was impressed and pleased with my stay.
